These terms apply to purchases made through the live BaddestGems Halloween storefront. Payments are processed through Freightrix Engine using Stripe.
Products, stock, and supplier delivery estimates can change. A product may be paused when supplier or safety gates are no longer met; if a paid item becomes unavailable before supplier submission, the order may be canceled and refunded.
An order does not enter fulfillment until payment is verified and an order record exists. Supplier acceptance is a separate fulfillment event.
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Return eligibility follows the product-specific return process described on the storefront and confirmed by support.
