Order status
From paid to delivered.
BaddestGems uses explicit order states so payment and fulfillment are never treated as the same event.
Supplier submitted
The order has been sent to the supplier and has a supplier order reference.
Accepted / tracking pending
The supplier accepted the order; tracking may not be available yet.
Shipped
A carrier and tracking number exist. Use the tracking message for live carrier progress.
Delivered
The order has reached the delivery state. If there is a delivery problem, contact support promptly.
